Large One Bedroom Flat In The Old Town - Spacious City Retreat with Private Terrace
Accommodation
The flat offers one bedroom and two bathrooms, a layout uncommon in Old Town rentals. The spacious living room connects to a fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher and microwave. This setup provides both privacy and the convenience of home-style cooking during a stay.
Outdoor Spaces
A sun terrace and a balcony give guests access to open-air relaxation. Outdoor furniture and a dining table on the terrace allow for al fresco meals. The terrace faces south, capturing sunlight throughout the day.
Location
The flat sits within a short walk of Plage Ponchettes and Castle Hill of Nice. Nice-Ville Train Station is 1.7 km away, and Nice Opéra is 300 metres from the door. The Old Town location places guests directly among the narrow streets, markets, and historic buildings.
Leisure
Guests find restaurants, a bakery, and fruit and vegetable shops within a five-minute walk. Boating is available in the surrounding area, and the property itself has a restaurant on site. The convenient location also grants easy access to the main shopping district on Rue Jean Médecin.
Comfort & Convenience
The flat provides free WiFi, heating, and non-smoking rooms throughout. A parking option is available, which is a notable advantage in the dense Old Town. These features add practical comfort to the central location.
